You'll work with a dedicated trainer in a private studio who prioritizes consistency and sustainable progress over quick fixes. Each session is tailored to your current abilities, lifestyle demands, and where you want to be six months from now, not just next week.
New clients begin with a 2-session foundation package ($300): a complete assessment followed by your individualized training program.
Getting started is simple. Fill out the intake form here, and I'll review your information and respond within 24 hours to schedule your first session.
These two sessions are designed to ensure your training program is perfectly tailored to you.
Session 1: Assessment & Getting to Know You I'll take time to understand your complete picture: diving deeper into your medical history, training background, and goals beyond what's on the intake form. You'll go through a comprehensive full-body assessment where I evaluate your mobility, strength, range of motion, and postural alignment. If time allows, we'll finish with a short workout to get you moving.
Session 2: Your Personalized Program Using everything I've learned about how your body moves and what you need, I'll design a complete workout program built specifically around your movement patterns, goals, and any considerations from your assessment. This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach, it's a program created just for you.
I offer flexible packages to fit your schedule and commitment level. Sessions are available in 10, 20, or 30-session packages, with rates ranging from $165 to $200 per session depending on the package size.
Every personal training program starts with understanding how you move and where you want to go. From there, we build intelligent programming that evolves with you.

I train at Sessions, a private personal training gym conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco at 1874 Market Street. The facility is exclusively for personal training clients, providing a focused, distraction-free environment for your sessions.
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If something comes up, I'll always do my best to reschedule your session to another time that works for you.
