Train alongside your partner with a dedicated trainer in a private studio. Each program is built to challenge you individually while keeping you moving together, balancing different fitness levels, goals, and abilities within the same workout. The focus is on consistency and sustainable progress over quick fixes, with programming tailored to where each person is now and where you want to be six months down the road.
New partner clients begin with a 2-session foundation package ($450): comprehensive assessments followed by a customized training program designed for your partnership.
Getting started is simple. Both partners fill out the intake form here and I'll review your information and respond within 24 hours to schedule your first session together.
These two sessions are designed to ensure your training program works perfectly for both partners.
Session 1: Assessment & Getting to Know You Both I'll take time to understand each person's complete picture, diving deeper into your medical histories, training backgrounds, and individual goals beyond what's on the intake forms. You'll each go through a comprehensive full-body assessment where I evaluate mobility, strength, range of motion, and postural alignment. If time allows, we'll finish with a short workout to get you both moving.
Session 2: Your Personalized Partner Program Using everything I've learned about howyou move and what you each need, I'll design a complete workout program that accommodates both partners' movement patterns, goals, and any considerations from your assessments. This program is built to challenge you both appropriately while keeping you training together.
I offer flexible packages to fit your schedule and commitment level. Partner sessions are available in 10, 20, or 30-session packages, with rates ranging from $250 to $300 per session depending on the package size.

Sessions are 50 minutes.
I train at Sessions, a private personal training gym conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco at 1874 Market Street. The facility is exclusively for personal training clients, providing a focused, distraction-free environment for your sessions.
I require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If something comes up, I'll always do my best to reschedule your session to another time that works for both of you.
