Most trainers teach exercises. I teach you how your body actually works.

Drawing from my occupational therapy background, I assess how you move, where compensation patterns hide, and what's holding you back from feeling strong and capable in your daily life. Every program I design is built around three principles:

Movement quality over quantity. We're not chasing arbitrary rep counts. We're building patterns that serve you whether you're lifting groceries, playing with grandkids, or pushing for a personal record.

Education, not just execution. You'll understand why we're doing what we're doing. My job isn't to make you dependent on me, it's to make you informed and self-sufficient.

Sustainability for the long game. I've worked with everyone from tech executives to artists to retirees managing chronic conditions. What they all need is training that fits their life, not the other way around.
